“Fire Alarms Save Lives: Owner charged following fatal home fire”

Two adults perished in a Toronto home last month. Investigation of the scene by Toronto Fire Services and the Office of the Fire Marshal discovered a number of violations in contravention of the Ontario Fire Code.
